The TP32EX combines the higher power TK2050 Tripath chipset used in the TP22 model with a high performance USB & Coaxial (S/PDIF) DAC supporting high resolution decoding of your digital files plus all the features of the TP32 model including LED display, remote control and more. Add the convenience of the built-in headphone amplifier and you have the perfect all-in-one combination. Features Tripath TK2050 Chipset Topping TP32EX is a so-called Class T integrated amplifier, based on the Tripath TK2050 chipset. The chip makes use of a kind of "Digital Power Processing", this is, more or less, a Class D amplifier with high rate switching properties. Built-in DAC A Cirrus Logic CS4392 DAC with an on-chip direct USB interface and SPDIF Coaxial is used to maintain absolute fidelity with an almost immeasurable total harmonic distortion plus noise measurement of 0.0057%! Built-in Pre Amp For Use with Headphones An amplified gold-plated 1/4" stereo headphone out makes the TP32EX a perfect all-in-one solution for high resolution monitoringperfect for audio engineers! Digital Volume Control The Topping TP32EX fully digital amplifier places older linear amplifiers on notice. Not only is the TP32EX a fraction of the size that you would expect with high quality linear amplifiers, it replaces the most troublesome analog partthe volume controlwith a Cirrus Logic CS3310 low distortion digital volume control system. This also enables complete control with the included IR remote. The microprocessor controlled volume control system also syncs to your PC, when connected via USB (USB A-Male to USB B-Male cable sold separately). When you turn your PC on, the Topping TP32EX automatically turns on. Turn your PC off, and the TP32EX shuts down. This is of course bypassed when using the stereo RCA audio input and can be disabled.
